Duties involved in this role will include:-

-Travel between sites when required (Predominantly Edinburgh based with occasional travel to Glasgow)
-Manage Health & Safety compliance and risk assessment in line with company requirements
-Greet clients in a professional and polite manner
-Multi task and deal with individual client requests
-Ensure people on site are obeying rules and maintaining a smart and professional appearance
-Monitor works carried out are to a high standard
-Carry our any ad-hoc duties required
-Assist with any requirements connected to venue preparation
-Public areas always to be maintained to a high standard
-Assist in setting up conference rooms, including any audio visual requirements.

In order to be considered for this role, candidates must have the following:-

-Previous experience of covering reception within a hotel or corporate environment is advantageous
-Valid driving licence is advantageous
-Solid IT skills – including Audio Visual
-Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
-Flexible with a positive ‘can-do’ attitude is essential
-Exceptional organisational skills
-Previous experience working within a corporate environment
