My client is a well known provincial insurance broker that deals with a wide range of products, based on the border of Hampshire.

They have a reputation for a unique service that is tailored to suit each client.

Due to growth, this organisation is now in a position to recruit a Reference Administrator that will be dealing with a mixture of duties.


1. Receive and respond to correspondence from clients
2. Process reference applications accurately
3. Research databases detailing public information
4. Contact employers, accountants and landlords
4. Reply to clients punctually, according to set deadlines
5. Deal with telephone enquiries from clients
6. Make judgements, on the suitability of reference applications, against predetermined guidelines.

This opportunity will give the right individual the opportunity to grow within the company. This includes the opportunity for further development, into Insurance, for the right candidate

No previous referencing experience is necessary but will be preferred
A minimum of 5 GCSE’s required. English essential.
Full on-site training will be provided.
A good telephone manner, previous experience of data entry and or Customer Service as well as IT experience is essential.
You may already have insurance experience, which would be of benefit but not essential

Car parking space available.

Holidays 28 days a year plus Birthdays.

The hours are 9.00 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. No weekend working or on Bank Holidays. We close from Christmas until the New Year; this is inclusive of your holiday entitlement.
