Reed Specialist Recruitment have a requirement for a Team Manager to join our Education team. This opportunity is ideally suited for an experienced consultant looking for the next step in their career or an existing business manager who wants to specialise in niche sector. This is a newly created position due to the success of our Croydon location which currently houses two of the most successful teams within REED. This role is to lead a third team to continue the growth. 


Maximising the Branch Gross Margin and Branch Operating Profit, through the management of every business transaction reflecting the values of the company.

* Maximise Sales and Gross Margin through programmed sales activity.
* Manage the attraction, recruitment and retention of suitable candidates in order to meet the needs of existing and prospective clients.
* Ensure client expectations are being matched by offering a consistently reliable and responsive service, ensuring the team is operating efficiently, complying with all relevant legislation and operating to Company standards.
* Resourcing, managing, developing and motivating a stable and successful team, developing individuals to their maximum potential in order to achieve company and team objectives.
* Manage the business through rigorous business planning, performance management and financial control.






You will have a proven record of success within the recruitment industry and a desire to succeed and achieve targets. 

You will be open to development and look to continuously improve.
