My client is a corporate resourcing solutions company who work with clients in the professional service sector such as Legal, IT, Finance, Accounting, Marketing and Communications.

They are looking for a Recruitment Team Leader/Account Manager who has previous experience as a team leader/manager or similar position on a permanent basis paying up to £50,000 per annum + Benefits + Profit Share.

The successful applicant would have 5-10 years experience in recruitment ideally from a professional service back ground with a degree.

Duties:


You will be expected to work on your own initiative and often under pressure so you need an immense amount of common sense and flexibility including exceptional organisational talents.

As you will also be supervising a team of five, you should have previous experience with managing and motivating staff in a positive and encouraging manner as well as carrying out the following duties.

• Team Management
• Supervising, managing and motivating a small team of Recruitment Consultants and Resources
• Drawing up Training Plans and Development plans for the team
• Regularly assessing the progress of the team
• Conducting formal appraisals

Resourcing and Account Management

• Registering new Candidates and matching skills against existing job requirements
• Interviewing Candidates over the telephone and on a face to face basis
• Liaising with existing client base and Hiring Managers
• Client site visits for lunch and occasional evening meals etc.
• Matching new requirements and selecting potential applicants
• Assisting with final selection of CV’s to forward to client
• Arranging and confirming interviews with Candidates on Customer sites
• Issuing written confirmation of offer
• Post-Placement care
• Maintaining an established Site database
• Regular marketing, both paper-based and on-line, with timely follow up Continual building of customer database through Social Media and LinkedIn
• Assisting with Marketing material and responses for Invitations to Tender Participation in Customer presentations and on-going Customer review meetings
