Reed Education are currently seeking a driven, highly motivated and people orientated resource/Candidate Manager to join our perms team in Peterborough. We are a candidate lead business and put a lot of emphasis on candidate’s attraction and ensure our resourcers are empowered with the right tools, coaching and development to succeed and grow in the role.

Reed Educations permanent division launched in April 2016 and already has established itself as the leading agency for providing permanent staffing solutions within education by offering bespoke retained and contingency permanent solutions to schools, academies and trust’s across the UK.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Candidate Management – regular contact with current and potential candidates, updating candidates on job opportunities, compliance, conducting detailed telephone interviews.
• Data Base Management – keeping all candidate and client records up to date on the database, and profiling of CV’s.
• Candidate Attraction – writing and posting profiles and ads to ensure continual candidate flow for positions, screening candidates, managing inquiries and working to a planned marketing strategy.
• Compliance – ensuring that all compliance requirements are met.
• Targets – meeting all required targets as set by management

Your development in the role will be supported by on the job training as well as one to one coaching and group training.

To be successful, you will demonstrate:

• Proven administration experience and demonstrate a strong approach to world class customer service.
• Previous experience in recruitment, human resources, sales, or education is highly regarded.
• Proactive approach with the ability to think outside the box and use initiative
• Process driven
• A genuine interest in a long term career in recruitment is essential as this role offers a great career path
