Recruitment Resource Consultant

Bristol based

Reed Technology are currently seeking a Resource Consultant/Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join their expanding team. This role would suit a hard working individual who is looking for an entry level position in recruitment for a very successful team.

The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator, highly motivated and will have a general interest in working within the recruitment sector. Prior knowledge of: working in a sales environment, experience of customer service, recruitment experience and knowledge IT/Financial Services are all advantages.

• Sales experience, preferably

• An interest or experience of financial services (banking)

The role can be very challenging and demanding, and would suit someone looking to push themselves outside the comfort zone and be financially rewarded as a result.

You will be responsible for:
• Sourcing and telephone screening candidates using a variety of means including advertising, online databases, referrals, internal databases and other.
• Registration of new candidates.
• Arranging candidate interviews.
• Advertising jobs on-line.
• Pre-employment screening for financial services.
• Providing support to consultants.
• Finding candidates that accurately meet ’live’ vacancy needs.
• Generation of vacancies for all markets through lead generation.
• Ensuring candidates have relevant documents and are ’entitled to work’.
• Ensuring all CV’s sent from the business have been re-formatted to the company standard.
• Effectively dealing with queries by telephone, in person from candidates, from clients and other recruitment consultants.
• Obtaining references for candidates via telephone or in writing.
