We are currently recruiting on behalf of one of our Key Clients based in Knottingley who have an urgent requirement for a temporary Recruitment Resourcer (maternity cover) - immediate start.
The main purpose of the role is provide full support with the company's recruiting process. We are ideally looking for somebody who has recruitment experience.
-To assist with the search and selection of CVs for relevant positions within the company
-To act as first point of contact for candidate queries and applications by telephone and e-mail
-Advertising roles as requested on a regular basis
-Perform background checks and conducting telephone interviews
-Engage with all candidates throughout their recruitment processing, keeping them up to date with timelines and offering support as and when required
-Ensuring that the Right to Work process is adhered to in a timely process
-Updating the company systems (training will be given).
-Ensuring that offers/contracts are sent out to successful candidates
-Booking in interviews
-Dealing with employee queries as and when required
-Dealing with all other general admin such as photocopying/scanning/post
-Support Service Managers by ensuring recruitment of the right person for the role,providing them with the relevant recruitment information to help them with conducting the informal interview to assist in making the right decision.
-Experience in a similar Recruitment admin role (essential)
-Excellent communication skills verbal/written
-Organised with good attention to detail
-Computer literate and can learn new systems quickly
Hours of work are Monday to Friday 9.00 am. to 5.00 p.m.
