Recruitment Advisor opportunity available on an Interim and part time basis covering maternity leave working for a leading institution based in York, North Yorkshire. This role is to cover a 0.6 full time equivalent post and requires previous recruitment experience.
Duties and Responsibilities include:
Ensuring that their advertising is effective in attracting the right candidates including accessing diverse talent pools
Advising Managers on adverts, selection and attraction methods, dealing with escalations, reviewing shortlists for equalities analysis
Working with the business to ensure that effective campaigns are delivered effectively and recruiting managers are equipped to assess and manage assessment centres as required
Ensuring assessment materials are fit for purpose to optimise effective recruitment for a variety of roles
Liaising with third party shared service provider to ensure that process enables effective and timely recruitment
Ensure they optimise effective use of framework suppliers for specialist roles
Experience and Skills required:
Experience in In-House recruitment role
Proven track record of supporting and enabling effective recruitment campaigns
Excellent communication skills
Ability to influence stakeholders
Broad experience of analysing statistical data and providing analysis of information
