Reed HR are looking to recruit an Outreach Recruitment Lead to work for a large Public Sector Organisation
As the the outreach recruitment lead, you will have sole responsibility for identifying recruitment opportunities across your business unit. There will be one outreach recruitment lead per business unit, you will be responsible for driving recruitment in a bid to contribute to the overall workforce plan.
You will be the single point of contact for all recruitment queries across the unit and will assess demands and requirements before escalating to strategic HR where required.
You will also provide the Crime Prevention, Inclusion and Engagement (CPIE) with reporting data that will be provided to strategic HR to enable data lead resourcing and investment in media across London.
Provide the voice of the Unit to the CPIE and HR to provide us with a better understanding of the feedback from communities on recruitment.
It will be your role to arrange staff attendance at events, provide training to event representatives and coordinate all events. There is also an expectation that you will support wider pan London recruitment events e.g. Pan London careers fairs and open evenings etc.
