My client is looking for a Recruitment Consultant/Account Manager on a permanent basis and paying up to £30,000 depending on experience + Commission + Profit Share.

They are a Corporate Resourcing Solutions company who offers Permanent Recruitment and Contractor Resourcing within the IT, Finance and Marketing sectors, with a strong reputation for exceptionally high Service levels in everything they do. No two days are ever the same!

They primarily work with household name companies who are industry-leaders within the Oil and Gas sector and the TV and Entertainment sector. They have over 500 contractors working for these companies. On top of this they are ISO accredited, Investors in People and Members of REC.

Job Description

This role revolves around account management and resourcing for live jobs and contracts and looking for ways of increasing our business through existing channels.

You will have the opportunity to meet with Contractors and their Hiring Managers on site, primarily in Central London, and to help with filling exciting jobs as well as building on new business through your successes and hard work.

Your duties will include

• Registering new Candidates and matching skills against existing job requirements
• Liaising with existing client base Contacting Clients
• Build strong networking
• Dealing with new Contractors and answering their queries
• Managing extensions at Renewal time and keeping in touch
• Interviewing Candidates over the telephone and on a face to face basis
• Assisting with final selection of CV’s to forward to client

They are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, results-oriented Recruitment Consultant / Account Manager who can work with a high-profile Customer base and professional Contractors, adding value to existing accounts and helping to build on new business areas.

You should have

• A degree or training with CIPD
• At least 3-5 years experience with Recruitment or Account Management within a professional company dedicated to high Service levels. You will need
• Excellent communication and presentation skills,
• Determination and energy
• Desire to go that extra mile in everything that you do.
• A degree is helpful, as is training with CIPD
