I am looking to recruit for an experienced Recruiter or experienced Sales person with a keen interest in Recruitment and pursuing a professional career. The role will involve joining an established team and number one branch within our region. The team is highly motivated, lively and friendly. You must be willing to put in the hard work that is required and in return you will experience success and will be financially rewarded. In order to be successful you must be highly focused on excellent client service and maximising business opportunities. The role will involve the following:

* Meeting clients on a regular basis to form relationships in order to secure business moving forward
* Developing existing database through focused business development
* Interviewing candidates and screening for clients
* Generating new business through various means of communication
* Managing existing business in order to protect from competition
* Adding business through research in the local area
* Any related administrative tasks
* Matching the right candidate to the right job




A background in Sales and a desire to excel in a competitive environment are essential for this position, recruitment experience is not required as Reed offer an industry leading apprenticeship scheme which will provide you will training and progression through out your career.

- The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator and be highly motivated

- You must have experience of business to business sales and be educated to 'A' Level standard or equivalent.
