The management team within the London region have mainly all been with the business for around 10 years each, therefore the support network is strong and the last 12 months have seen a number of fast track promotions from Trainee to Senior Consultant.
Due to recent growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Recruitment Consultant to join an ambitious team that covers Regional Finance, based out of our flagship office near the Gherkin, which houses several of Reeds 20 specialisms.
This team has grown financially year on year and this hire will be key in its continued growth.
Predominantly city based, this opportunity allows the successful candidate to work out of multiple locations to cover a specific Geographic area (Croydon & SE London) as well as offering a vast Geographic area to further develop, predominantly made up of businesses without formal preferred agency lists. We anticipate the successful person will be based 1-2 days per week in Croydon or Camberwell, depending on client meetings.
The role is for a ‘Hybrid’ Consultant that can cover both Permanent & Interim / Contract placements and they will manage a strong portfolio of both private & public sector clients, supplying Financial/Management Accountants, Finance Managers, Financial Controller/Directors to name a few.
You will start by learning the Candidate market and sector, then rapidly progress to developing business, visiting clients and placing candidates into career enhancing opportunities. You will need to be able to successfully develop business, multi-task, work to tight deadlines and respond quickly to client requirements.
