Recruitment Consultant, £25,000.00 - £30,000.00 + Generous Commission Structure - Full Time - Permanent - Brighton
My client a leading employer in the Engineering sector is seeking a motivated Recruitment Specialist to join their fast paced team based in Brighton.
This role is full time and permanent and will offer the successful candidate a healthy commission structure.
The ideal candidate will be -
-Experienced in high volume recruitment, agency experience preference
-Able to work under high pressure, and juggle multiple tasks
-Experienced using multiple sourcing methods including head-hunting, job boards, c.v. libraries, networking at job fairs/universities etc.
-Able to manage and co-ordinate the recruitment function and support senior management in the development of staff
- Maintain up to date candidate records and keep the database up to date
-Ensure data protection and compliance procedures are adhered to
- Build and maintain relationships with agencies and other organisations
- Motivated by commission and results driven
- The ideal candidate will be a tech savvy individual who is self motivated and goal orientated
