Our Bedford based client is looking to appoint a Recruitment Co-ordinator on a Full Time Permanent basis for an immediate start. 

The prurpose of this role is to provide a professional, responsive and comprehensive recruitment service to managers, employees and candidates. With a real passion for candidate experience and efficient processes, ensure that recruitment services are delivered to the highest standard in line with Company policy, the recruitment strategy and legal requirements.

Key responsibilities:-

• To be responsible for managing end to end recruitment providing recruiting managers with advice and guidance on all aspects of the recruitment process.
• Work on all stages of end to end recruitment for both bulk and individual recruitment campaigns on a local or national basis.
• Be proactive in identifying potential issues with recruitment activity and progress against resourcing plans, particularly for bulk recruitment.
• Analyse advertising and assessment methods on a regular basis and provide suggestions for changes and improvements as appropriate.
• Manage the candidate experience, communicating regularly and effectively with candidates.
• Provide advice and guidance to applicants on all stages of the recruitment and selection process.
• Work with recruiting managers and HR Managers in arranging and facilitating assessment centres including ensuring appropriate facilities, paperwork and recruitment support is available.
• Manage vacancies on the recruitment tracking system.
• Ensure all systems including spreadsheets and databases are maintained at all times to ensure that MI is accurate.
• Provide MI and reports to the business on a regular and adhoc basis.
• Manage and participate in shortlisting as appropriate.
• Provide advice to managers on the Approval to Recruit and Pre-employment Screening process ensuring compliance at all times.
• Support the team with the completion of new starters packs.
• Carry out audits as and when required identifying and reporting any issues and gaps in data.
• Participate in the delivery of recruitment and selection training.
• Attend recruitment events including open days, job fairs, university/college visits.
• Manage the agency relationship and liaise with managers regarding our PSL.
• Contribute to the development and review of processes relating to the recruitment function.
