I am working with a great client in the Sutton area who are looking to take on a Recruitment Campaign Co-ordinator.

This role will be a key and important function for their business. You will be working with the Recruitment sales and Customer sales team in supporting their day to day running.

Key Responsibilities include:

- Posting jobs/ advertisements onto the website from customer files
- Ensuring any amendments to adverts are made promptly and customer requirements are thoroughly fulfilled
- Creating and posting buttons and banners (using Adobe Photoshop) including animation of logos when requested and then managing the inventory to ensure the sites are correctly populated.
- Producing reports for sales teams to aid the sales effort.
- Working closely with our sales team as well as liaising with Development, editorial and Marketing teams.
- Supporting our jobseeker community by answering queries ad dealing with helpdesk emails and phone calls. Help customers with best practise in terms of wording of jobs.
- Reviewing and approving jobs to ensure they are legally compliant within the UK discrimination laws.

My client is looking for someone with excellent work attitude and willingness to learn new skills and procedures. They are also ideally looking for the below skills: 

- Excellent organisational and administration skills
- Accuracy is essential with this role
- Customer focused and ability to deal with all levels of internal and external clients
- Good communication skills
- Sound knowledge of SEO
- Proven experience/ knowledge of Microsoft packages. Full training will be given on bespoke systems.
