I am excited to be representing an expanding client located in Daresbury, Warrington. My client are experiencing massive success and growth, making now a fantastic time to join this modern day forward thinking business.

My client are looking to recruit initially on a temporary basis a experienced recruitment and talent administrator to assist their established recruitment team.

With an attractive rate of £11.28 per hour and working hours of Monday to Friday 09:00 – 17:30 the assignment will be perfect for you if you are available immediately and have recruitment administration experience

The purpose of the role is to support the Recruitment team in sourcing and retaining the best global talent for their business.

Responsibilities

  • Place job adverts on careers website, job boards and appropriate social media
  • Manage careers inbox
  • Manage the recruitment process to ensure a positive candidate experience
  • Screen and shortlist applications with recruiter support
  • Schedule interviews
  • Administration of any assessments
  • Provide feedback to agencies and candidates as required
  • Issue contract and other pre-joining documents
  • Conduct pre-joining checks and raise any issues identified
  • Check right to work documentation
  • Administration of the early careers strategy, which may include advertising, marketing events, and interview and assessment scheduling
  • Organisation of training and development in relation to Talent activities

  • High degree of personal integrity, honesty and professionalism
