Description:
This is a new position in our HR/Recruitment department, created to help us accelerate our recruitment activities. Primarily you will be working with our HR and Recruitment Officer in order to find and recruit the best talent for our business. You will be a member of the administrative and commercial department of the company, reporting directly to the Sales Administration Manager, mainly focusing on but not limited to the below responsibilities

 CV screening
 1st stage, online interview evaluation
 Face to face interviewing
 Organize final interviewing
 Recruitment database administration
 Liaising with recruitment agencies to keep volume of CVs high
 Interview day coordination
 Candidate feedback
 Travel to other regional offices on occasion

Package offered:

• Basic Minimum Starting Salary of £21-23K plus Quarterly Bonus (After 6 months)

The desired candidate for the role will have the following attributes:
 Able to establish and maintain professional interpersonal relationships
 Excellent written and oral communication skills
 Ability to organize and prioritize completion of multiple tasks in a timely fashion
 Ability to accurately document, record and maintain information and data
 Approaches work with a high sense of urgency
 Enjoys working in a highly target driven environment
 Integrity – the role requires appropriate handling of confidential and sensitive information
Qualifications and Experience:
 Must be educated to degree level (Bachelor’s degree)
 Profound knowledge of Microsoft-based applications, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint
 Experience in recruitment beneficial but not essential
 Must be eligible to work in the UK
