I am currently recruiting for a public sector organisation based north of Norwich. 

I am seeking an experienced administrator, ideally with a recruitment or HR background, to work as a recruitment administrator on a temporary to permanent basis.

Role Details

 Facilitate the efficient implementation of an agreed recruitment plan in conjunction with the
Senior Recruitment Officer and Recruitment Lead.

 To ensure pre-employment governance requirements are implemented in accordance with policy and legal requirements and that on-going monitoring, as required, is undertaken,
recorded and reported.

 To ensure that vacancies have the correct sign off and authorisations in place.

 Use company website and the public sector recruitment module to process all stages of recruitment from advert to offers of employment and contracts.

 Instruct advertising agencies on placement of advertisements, proof read the copy and obtain authorisation for the cost of placing adverts.

 Responsible for ensuring the updating and effective use of all HR systems, databases and processes for recruitment and workforce data.

 Liaise directly with Appointing Managers on recruitment matters.

 Provide basic advice in line with routine policy requirements to the HR team and customers regarding the recruitment process.

 Monitor vacancy lead times, and escalate to the Senior Recruitment Officer where potential delays in appointments are identified.

The role will be full time; Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 17:00
