I have an opportunity to join my award winning team in Reading as a Recruitment Co-ordinator on our busy contracts team.
Supporting the Account Manager with the recruitment service for some of Reading's largest organisations.
Candidate attraction including utilising social media and writing engaging adverts for jobs
Screening and interviewing candidates and creating a talent pool to supply a variety of roles.
Compliance administration, such as checking we have the correct paperwork for candidates and running any additional checks required.
Liaising with hiring managers to take details of new vacancies and meeting them on site alongside the Account Manager as required.
Dealing with queries from suppliers.
Processing candidate pay and holiday claims and ensuring that these are submitted in a timely manner.
This role could be ideal for someone who has recently graduated and is looking for a rewarding career for a reputable company.
We would also be really interested in people who have previous administration experience, especially if you also have a background within recruitment.
You must have good computer skills and be confident that you can pick up new systems quickly.
You must also have excellent communication skills, via phone, email and face to face.
