My client in Guildford have a great opportunity to join them as a Recruitment Administrator on a permanent, full time basis. 

They are a large recruitment company that are looking for someone who is keen to learn and take on a busy and varied role.

This role mainly involves providing administration support to a number of consultants as well as other office duties. 

Ideally my client is looking for someone who can start immediately or within the next couple of weeks. 

Salary £18,000-£22,000 depending on experience

Working hours 8.30am-5.30pm with 1 hour for lunch

25 days holiday + bank holidays

Main duties:

General administrative duties (e.g. photocopying records, filing, ordering supplies)

Recording all candidates details onto the system & keep records updated

Making bonus adjustments onto the system

Keeping office and kitchen areas clean and tidy 

Assisting consultants with any administration duties needed

Skills and experience: 

You must have administration experience ideally within a similar type of environment. (For example an estate agents) 

Must be very organised and used to working to deadlines under pressure. 

Strong computer and typing skills. 

Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
