Recruitment Administrator
Are you a bright and driven individual, with a great eye for detail and an interest in the HR/Recruitment sector?
My client, a smashing company working within a specialist field, are now seeking an experienced Administrator with a proven track record to support the team and Recruitment Manager with compliance and administration. This role is ideal for someone who seeks to progress within this particular field as the company will encourage development for the right candidate.
Main responsibilities
• To process candidate application packs
• To take personal and employment references
• Entering details onto the database
• Check candidates right to work in the UK
• Verification checks on right to work documentation
• Arrange relevant pre-employment screens for new starters
• Place recruitment adverts on advised job boards
• Process responses to advertisements and ensuring they are passed on to the correct member of staff
• Ordering, processing and issuing work documentation and ensuring they are received back
• Maintaining databases
• Take ownership for requests of any requests for copies of documentation
• Sending out skill assessments
• Assisting with general day to day running of the HR department

Skills and knowledge required
• A wealth of Administrative experience
• Strong MS Office skills
• Good interpersonal skills
• Keen eye for detail and highly organised
• A passion for the HR/recruitment industry would be advantageous
• Experience in executive recruitment and/or the social housing sector but not essential
