My client is a well-established large establishment within the Care sector is seeking a highly proactive receptionist. This is a very unique role in terms of the responsibilities as no two days will ever be the same, so require a great organiser, good communicator and someone who loves multitasking and lots of responsibility for ensuring the offices function on a daily basis, so dealing with things like; stationary, stock, recruitment advertisements, meeting rooms and the boardroom, couriers, telephone and staff directories, meeting and greeting to name just few!!!
