I am currently recruiting for a Receptionist/Office Assistant for my Client, a manufacturer based on the outskirts of Ipswich.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to -

• Managing the switchboard, taking all external calls to the company and transferring where necessary.
• Handling of company sample procedure (training will be provided)
• Monitoring and ordering stationary
• Handling internal and external post.
• Arrange meetings for staff and visiting customers to the site.
• General filing.
• Provide assistance to the UK sales administration and purchasing teams.
• Other ad-hoc duties as required.

The successful candidate will have good verbal and written communication skills and experience with all MS Office programmes, including Excel and Outlook. This is a full time position, Monday-Friday, and car parking is available on site. Salary will start at £14,000 per annum, with an increase after the probation period has been completed.
