School based in South East London

I am recruiting for a Spanish speaking Receptionist to be the main point of contact but also someone who also has excellent IT knowledge to support the School with various IT related work.

As the main Receptionist you would need to be able to communicate in Spanish as well as English over the phone, in writing and also in person and you must have previous Reception experience (Experience within an education environment would be very beneficial).
Providing an efficient Reception service, often working on your own initiative, carrying out administration duties to a high standard. Accurate and speed of work is essential.

In relation to the IT side of the role you would need good knowledge of Microsoft packages, basic office IT equipment and be able to assist with issues relating to the Internet, wifi and phones.
You would also need to be able to update PC's and laptops and resolve most problems quickly, if not, at least should know how and where to search for solutions
You will be required to download student attendance data from clock in devices, generate reports sending to accountant by end of month.
You would also provide distance support via remotely control or on the phone.
To renew company’s EMAIL accounts, DOMAIN when required
You must have good knowledge of android and apple devices: setting up new devices, data transfer, backup and email setup etc.

This is a permanent role.
