An exciting opportunity to work for an industry leader based on the north side of York.

My Client is currently looking for an experienced Temporary Receptionist/Administrator to cover holiday.

There is parking on site as having access to your own transport is essential.

Duties and responsibilities

• Answering calls / queries on reception
• Meeting & greeting clients / visitors to the office
• Typing up word documents from dictated recordings
• Acting as switchboard for incoming queries
• Handling post
• Any other administration tasks as and when required

You will be/have:

• Experience of a smiliar role
• Strong administration skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Presentable
• Able to multi-task
• Possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Highly organised with a can do attitude
• Friendly and helpful
• Be a quick thinker and problem solver
