Our client is a leading Care Home based in Downham Market.
They require a temporary Receptionist / Administrator to join them on a temporary basis for 6 weeks, possibly longer.
Hours Mondays to Friday 9am - 2.30pm
The successful candidate will have:
- A clear Enhanced DBS Check or be happy to have a DBS check taken out
- Proven reception or administration experience
- Confident and polite telephone manner
- Good administrative ability
The role involves:
- Mainly call handling receiving inbound calls and transferring
- Taking messages
- Greeting any visitors
- Receiving some deliveries
- Data entry of Covid-19 registrations/results onto a database
- Basic administration
The role is subject to a clear DBS (can be applied for at point of job offer) and a negative Covid-19 test. Due to Covid-19 restrictions, you will be required to work exclusively for the client and not undertake other work on other days. You will be required to undertake a weekly Covid test (all staff at the Care Home undertake these weekly).
