A fantastic opportunity to join the leading building services consultancy in the South West.

Based from the Exeter office, you will be responsible for being the first point of contact for any clients, customers and staff as well as providing a general administrative support to the wider organisation and support for engineers.

Key responsibilities of the role will include:
- Day to day office tasks to ensure the appropriate level and standard of service is maintained
- Reception duties including greeting visitors, organising meetings, answering and transferring calls
- Administrative support with business development and marketing
- Using a range of applications to support with the development of reports, specifications and general correspondence
- Responding to bid quotations
- Respond to all supplier / sub-contractor enquiries and assist with tender submissions
- Responsible for office H&S administration
- Preparation of quotation letters
- Credit control when required to support the Finance Manager
- Minute taking and producing meeting notes
- Other ad-hoc tasks as required

Our client is looking to recruit this role on a full-time basis with a salary of £18,000 - £19,000 depending on experience. In addition, you will be entitled to 25 days holiday, plus bank holidays. Working hours are Monday to Friday 08:30 – 17:00.
