We are currently recruiting for an excellent opportunity based in Costessey for a Receptionist/ Administrator.

This is a permanent full time role offering a varied post in a really friendly environment.

Hours are 8am – 5.30pm -- 4 days a week
8am – 12am --1 day a week (on a Weds)





In this role you will be the first point of contact for customers/visitors to the business. You will coordinating the reception area to ensure all visitors and telephone calls are met professionally and directed speedily to their correct destination within the company.

Other roles will include the following.

Sorting and posting of remittances/invoices for Customer Service Department
Complete the annual work wear order
Assisting with travel arrangements as required.
Assist the HR Advisor in the administration of HR documents and processes.
Assist the Executive Secretary by ensuring the meeting rooms are adequately stocked with refreshments and crockery.




We are looking for a candidate available at short notice who has an excellent telephone manner, has a friendly disposition and is well organised and happy to help.
