This role is to act as the first point of contact for customers and visitors and would suit a confident, articulate and well-presented individual with experience of working as a Receptionist / Front of House.


Key responsibilities are:

Property Management:

• Delivering a positive customer experience within the building at all times
• Maintaining high standards within the building, reception areas and meeting rooms
• Respond appropriately to any emergency issues that may arise
• To work safely, monitor the health and safety within the building and report any incidents using the systems provided
• Carry out administrative duties for customers and the management team

Customer Service:

• Handling all customer queries and co-ordinating with your team to ensure a resolution within the required time frame
• Build lasting, long term, professional relationships with customers
• Collate all customer intelligence and update systems accordingly to support sales and retention
• Communicate effectively with customers, ensuring that all on site activity is coordinated with minimum disruption

Financial:

• Actively promote additional services, providing value-add solutions to customers and generate additional revenue for the business
• Using the systems provided, ensure the process is followed for quoting and re charging works
• Support the ordering and stock control of goods through the use of company systems, processes and procedures

People:
• Build effective and positive relationships with colleagues
• Working as part of a wider team, engage with your colleagues, management team and other departments within the organisation
• Represent the company brand by supporting charity events and customer events as required
• Develop your skills through learning and development opportunities


Who we are looking for:

• Previous front of house and reception experience
• GCSE grades A – C (or equivalent) Maths and English
• Excellent Microsoft Office Skills
• An excellent understanding of verbal and written English
• Thorough approach and attention to detail
• Customer focused
• Excellent planning and organisational ability
• Able to show initiative and problem solving skills
• Good attention to detail
