£8.00 per hour – 4 week temp role
Full-Time - based in Central Edinburgh

One of Reed’s clients based in Central Edinburgh are currently looking to recruit an experienced Receptionist on a 4 week temporary basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing reception & switchboard support.

Duties involved in this role will include:-
• Answering incoming calls into the business, directing to the appropriate person
• Dealing with visitors to the office including refreshments, visitor passes and signing them in and out
• Setting up meeting rooms including resources, refreshments and catering when required
• Dealing with any incoming and outgoing mail & couriers including distributing and franking
• Arranging travel for guests including taxis
• Providing additional administration support including writing letters and maintaining Excel sheets
• Ad hoc administration duties as directed

In order to be considered for this role, candidates must have the following:-
• Previous experience in a Receptionist capacity (preferably Corporate Reception, although this isn’t ) carrying out the above duties – this experience is essential
• First class communication skills, both written and verbal
• Solid IT Skills including the use of both Word and Excel
• Excellent organisation skills, with the ability to prioritise a busy and varied workload effectively
