I currently have a great opportunity for an experienced receptionist to join a prestigious expanding company based in South Belfast.

Temporary to Permanent Opportunity

£7.50 Per hour

Immediate Start

The Receptionist/Admin Assistant’s role is to provide professional reception services, and also to provide general administrative support across a wide range of the day to day activities with our client.

Duties will include:

- Ensure planned team scheduled tasks are completed efficiently
- Maintain all associated records accurately
- Provide a professional and friendly Reception service
- Maintain a clean and tidy working area
- Meet and greet all visitors, including Contractors; notifying relevant staff of their arrival
- Field telephone calls and messages efficiently and professionally
- Facilities Management
- Understand and follow Emergency procedures
- Control and reconciling of visitor security passes
- Handling and issuing of work permits
- Management of access control passes, maintaining and updating records and permissions in a timely manner.
- Responsive in a timely manner to emails
- Administration Services
- Monitoring, acknowledging and processing requests
- Coordinate Courier deliveries and collections
- Administrative support, including preparation of letters, processing incoming post, packages and faxes
- Update and maintain communication media surrounding administrative services and guidance to employees
- Staff Benefit Scheme – send out monthly offers and details on how to register for the scheme

Academic Qualifications Required;
3 GCSEs including Maths and English (Grades A-C)

Experience & Capabilities
- Ideally have experience in a Reception & Administrative role
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels, both orally and written
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (in particular Word and Excel)
- Strong organisational/record keeping skills
- Good customer service skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to prioritise
- Attention to detail
