They are looking to recruit an experienced receptionist to join their team at their fantastic headquarters in Liverpool.
This role is a 6 month contract to cover a maternitry leave and will be working Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm
- To welcome visitors and ensure they are correctly signed in.
- To handle telephone calls in a polite and professional manner.
- Arranging and issuing of security passes
- Managing bookings for the meeting rooms
- Provide an ad-hoc administrative support as required.
- Postage of daily invoices
What do you need to be part of this amazing business?
- Experience in a receptionist role is needed
- Excellent customer service & people skills
- Demonstrate the ability to multitask and have general administration skills
- Excellent telephone manner
