Our client, a prestigeous local business based near the centre of Thirsk are looking for an experienced Receptionist with strong administration skills to join their expanding team on a permanent basis due to company expansion.

The role will involve:
- Producing letters
- Taking incoming calls
- Meeting and Greeting visitors on site
- Taking messages on behalf of the departments
- Utilising the office bespoke system and Microsoft office
- Updating the companies spreadsheets
- Sending information to clients using the pre existing templates on the system
- Escalating queries to the correct individual
- Dispatching information to clients
- Collating information on behalf of the management team
- Sending out reminders for information to different parts of the business
- Sending out mailshots on a quarterly basis
And any other adhoc related tasks

Our client require a candidate who can hit the ground running, so previous experience is desired.  Knowledge of Microsoft packages is essential as too is a polite telephone manner.
