You will responsible for enhancing the firm's professional image by providing an efficient, comprehensive and high quality reception service, with outstanding customer service to both internal and external clients, staff and partners.

What will I be doing?
- Welcoming all visitors in a polite and professional manner, recording all visits and escorting all appointments to the relevant member of the team
- Answering incoming calls and transferring accordingly
- Manage and monitor the car park bookings, meeting room diary, and assist with meeting room set-ups
- Carrying out opening/closing down procedures and recording all hand-delivered post
- Complete fire warden training and health and safety practises
- General Administrative duties as required
