Front of House position in a friendly office based in Huntingdon
I am currently recruiting for a full time Receptionist where providing excellent customer service is key. You will be part of the Administration team and be the first point of contact into the business.
In this role, you would be working with a friendly, outgoing team providing a variety of administrative support including:
• Meeting and greeting customers at reception
• Answering phones, taking messages and dealing with customer enquiries
• Booking appointments
• Taking photocopies of documents
• Receiving deliveries
• Providing general administrative support to the office as required.
This role is a Temporary to Permanent contract and although full training and support will be given your application will only be considered if you have had experience of B2B front of house customer interaction.
