Are you a confident and clear communicator with an excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills?

Do you have front of house experience, and/or looking for an office receptionist role on a permanent, full time basis?

If so we have an excellent opportunity with a large corporate organisation based in central Oxford. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with office or front of house experience looking to further their career within this sector.

As Receptionist you will answer all incoming calls, meet and greet all visitors, direct incoming queries where necessary, dealing with post, booking appointments, updating diaries/systems and many more administrative duties.

You will be part of a corporate environment therefore professionalism is very key. You will be kept very busy within this role therefore you must hit the ground running and be able to work under pressure.
The successful candidate will have previous reception experience and with Microsoft Office packages. You will have excellent organisational skills as well as being able to multi task and prioritise.

You must be able to work well under pressure, be able to meet deadlines as well as work well under pressure.
