Our Client based in the centre of York are recruiting for an experienced Receptionist to join their busy admin team to cover holidays throughout the year.
We currently have a cover requirement in the York City Centre from Wednesday 8th January until Monday 20th January 2020.
Working hours are Monday-Friday 08.30am-16.30pm.
The job description is as follows:
Answering calls / queries on reception
Meeting & greeting clients / visitors to the office
Providing refreshments for clients / visitors to the office
Looking after the meeting rooms, keeping them stocked and tidy
Looking after the meeting room diaries
Any other administration tasks as and when required
You will be/have:
Experience of reception work
Strong administration skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
Able to multi-task
Possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Friendly and helpful
Be a quick thinker and problem solver
