We are currently recruiting for a temporary receptionist to join a professional team currently located in Chelmsford. You will be the first point of contact for the company taking responsibility for the daily routine administration duties.
They are looking for someone to start on Thursday 12th December and working for approx 2-4 weeks!
Your Responsibilities & Duties:
• Responding promptly and politely when screening and directing calls.
• Welcoming visitors onto the premises preparing their badges and maintaining the logbook
• You will be responsible for ordering stationery
• Preparing rooms for meetings including refreshments
Other Administration Duties:
• Daily sales invoices
• Ad hoc duties as and when required
Work Hours: 9:00 – 16:30
