Our client – a leading consultancy is looking for marketing administrator/receptionist to join their friendly team! You will be the first point of contact in their busy Bristol office as well as providing administrative support for local events and marketing!
Your roles and responsibilities are:
-Welcoming clients and visitors to the office
-Handling telephone and email queries
-Booking meeting rooms as well as setting them up and clearing them down
-Typing and formatting documentation
-Proof reading and revise documents
-Adhoc duties such as scanning, copying, filing, printing and binding
-Assisting with travel arrangements
-Updating office documents
-Liaising with the marketing team in regards to projects
-Assisting with social media activity
-Assisting with local office hospitality and events
-Sharing local events and encourage people to attend.
-Maintaining business relationships
-Assisting with marketing event organisation including invites, managing sign up, booking and managing venue, diarising for team and attending if required.
