A new opportunity has arisen for Reception Administrator – this is a full time role and is based in Fleet, Hampshire. This Reception Administrator will help with general reception and administration duties.

The role would suit an enthusiastic and bright individual who is looking to progress over time into a role with more responsibility. Working within a small team, the individual will naturally take responsibility and will look to help and assist colleagues whenever possible.

Job Description 
• Maintaining the Reception area
• General administration duties
• Meeting and greeting clients and visitors
• Being responsible for the meeting rooms
• Organising company travel and visas
• Operating the switchboard
• Taking and delivering messages in a professional manner
• Taking responsibility for all office consumables
• Owning the Fire Alarm and First Aid procedures
• Processing holiday requirements
• Processing of expense claims
• Assisting the Finance Manager in recharging expenses to customers
• Providing support to colleagues whenever necessary
• Maintaining Health & Safety requirements

Person Specification
• A 'can do’ attitude and a 'customer first’ approach
• The ability to take ownership and use initiative
• Good attention to detail and problem solving skills
• Excellent communication skills – including the ability to establish good working relationships with customers and colleagues
• A good knowledge of using Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
• The desire to learn new skills
