Temporary Quality Analyst required to screen telephone calls provide accurate and actionable feedback on service delivery and quality, according to agreed project specifications.
The role will sit within the general business area on a number of different client projects. Full training will be provided for this role.
The key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
-Analyse content of interaction between customer and client.
-Provide feedback to support outstanding customer service
-Complete screening within desired timeframe
-Ensure compliance is adhered to
-Comply with all company policies and procedures
-Support the project team by carrying out any additional activities/ duties deemed necessary for the role.
This position will initially run for 4-6 weeks with a view to someone starting in the next couple of weeks. This role may turn permanent but this will depend on company provision and individual performance.
