Due to highly increased funding and a rapid expansion of their department, our client in Cambridge is currently looking for a number of SEND facilitators (learning support assistants) to join their staff. Whether you want 5 days per week or only 1, this role is flexible so get in touch.
This role is great for those looking to start a career in further education, although it may be a temporary role, there is a very high chance that it will become a permanent role for the right candidates. (Salary £18,000-£20,000)

This role involves working with learners aged 16-19 who are in mainstream education, so we are looking for those able to:

*Take notes for the learners
*Word processing
*Physical support
*Identifying support needs
*Helping with their work

The College: 
*Has received a “good” rating from Ofsted with some outstanding lessons
*Is comprised of students as well as apprentices
*95% of full-time students go on to employment, higher or further education within 3 months of completing their course. 

Your background:
*Worked in an educational or support background, preferably working with those with additional needs
*It is desirable that you have worked in a similar role in a college setting
