I’m currently seeking an accomplished administrator to work alongside a small proactive team. The company I am representing specialise in wholesale throughout the UK and Europe.

8am – 4.30 Monday – Friday £18k - £19k

The position is a Purchasing Administrator please see a list of the main duties

• Processing & placing orders with suppliers
• Communicating with suppliers
• Planning of transportation for goods in and out
• General administration
• Leasing with warehouse
• Reporting to line manager
• General administration plus add hock duties
• Making outbound call to check progress on orders
• Keeping the sales team up to date on deliveries



Person Specification

Proven Excel skills
Good level of education within Maths and English
Great attention to detail
Proven experience as either a purchasing administrator or administrator
If you have had experience in the past with accounts and have a great eye for detail I would like to hear off you.
