My client, a successful, well-established bespoke manufacturing organisation based in the St Helens area are looking to recruit a Purchasing Administrator on a temporary to permanent basis. The role will be full time and will start as soon as Monday 04/09/17.

My client has a low staff turnover as the company is performing well and employees are valued, the successful candidate will be working with a fantastic team around them who are always offering help and support when required, you will also receive a 3 month training and support programme for this particular role.

On a temporary basis the salary will be between £16,000 - £17,000 and when the role goes permanent after 12 weeks the salary will be £17,000.

Free onsite parking and hours of Monday to Thursday 08:00 – 16:30 and Friday 08:00 – 15:30 make the role even more appealing

Duties to include but not limited to:

Dealing with Suppliers
Accurately inputting delivery note information onto the system
Accurately inputting invoice information onto the system
Ensuring invoice information matches the correct pricing matrix
Stock ordering and liaising with suppliers
Working alongside the company stock controller with regard to ensuring stock is always accessible
Dealing with customer order queries over email and the phone
