- You will lead and supervise of ledger clerks, holding regular 1:1's with members of staff, ensuring the standards are maintained across the ledger staff.
- You will provide key MI to senior management highlighting area's for improvement within the team & processes that can be followed to enhance efficiency.
- Lead end to end process improvement initiatives
- Acting as key point of contact for both internal and external audit, ensuring the compliance within the purchase ledger is maintained at all times.
- Overseeing weekly payment runs
- Clearing invoice register & purchase ledger invoices are cleared weekly
- Support the wider Management Services team as instructed by the finance manager.
