Job Description-

Processing of PL invoices,
Price-checking and balancing of account statements on Opera II.
Dealing with any queries related to unpaid invoices.
Processing of weekly payroll for 17 employees on Pegasus including CIS.
Compiling running cost spreadsheets for each project.
Processing month-end cost reports.
General office duties including admin support, ordering of stationery, diary keeping etc

The right candidate for the job would have:

Experienced with purchase ledger from start to finish
Some payroll experience
CIS payments
