Job Description –

A well established and very exciting business is looking to recruit an enthusiastic and experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk for a permanent role opportunity in Tunbridge Wells.

This role is a permanent position.

You will support the team assisting on the purchase ledger and reconciliations. Ideally, you will need to be largely self-sufficient with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail and have experience with Sage Systems.

Day to day duties will consist of -

• Day to day maintenance of Purchase Ledger
• Matching of supplier invoices against purchase order and posting on to ledger
• Entering invoices in query onto system with appropriate query type
• Reconciliation of supplier statements
• General clerical work for Finance department as required
• Ad hoc duties as requested by management

The Ideal candidate will have -

• Experience of working as a purchase ledger
• Strong MS Office and Excel skills
• Excellent communication skills

Job Offer - £17,000 - £21,000
