My client is a Property business based in Central London, due to an internal change they are looking for a Purchase Ledger Clerk initially for 6 months on a temporary basis.

Working in a Purchase Ledger team of 2 your duties will include:

Processing of purchase invoices, posting manual payments to TRAMPS/Bluebox
Reconciling supplier statements to TRAMPS/Bluebox
Ensuring invoices/expenses are correctly coded and authorised and helping prepare regular cheque runs on weekly basis.
Review of purchase ledger to ensure cash allocations are correct and help resolve any queries
Responsibility for the weekly payment run
Handling supplier queries and liaising with asset managers to ensure invoice queries are resolved.
Provide holiday cover for the team
Filing & archiving, photocopying/scanning & drafting letters

Due to the nature of the assignment you must be available to start within 1 week or less.

My client will ideally want someone who is able to demonstrate experience of Purchase Ledger from start to finish including payment runs.

Experience of the Property sector would be beneficial
