REED Accountancy are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a market leading business based in the Durham area. They are looking for an experienced Purchase Ledger to join their Accounts department. You will be capable of processing a high volume of invoices, roughly 100 on a daily basis.
Responsibilities will include:
- Processing a high volume of purchase invoices, accurately coding up and resolving any invoice approval issues.
- Set up new supplier accounts and maintain existing account details within purchase ledger.
- Weekly reconciliation of supplier statements.
- Process credit card statements.
- Prepare weekly payment runs.
