Reed Accountancy are looking to speak to Purchase Ledger/Accounts Payable Assistants based in Stirling who are interested in hearing about new job opportunities.
You should have experience of:
- Processing a high volume of purchase invoices and credit notes (upwards of 100 a day)
- Matching and coding invoices
- Liaising with various departments for invoice authorisation
- Checking VAT on invoices
- Being responsible for mailbox: opening, scanning and distributing
